Established in 2025, ICC Holding Ventures Sdn. Bhd. represents the evolution of ICC Best Consulting Sdn. Bhd., which was established in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, in 2016.

Our journey began by connecting with international clients across Southeast Asia, and in 2021, we expanded by opening a new branch office in Türkiye to strengthen our global network.
